Trudy qualified in London at Guys Hospital in 1981 and has worked in England, Australia and New Zealand.
Trudy has post graduate diplomas in Manipulative Physiotherapy and Acupuncture and has special interests in musculoskeletal physiotherapy including: spinal problems, TMJ problems, rehabilitation and helping people to manage Arthritis.
Trudy established this clinic in 1997 and moved the clinic from the Professional Suites to Rossiter Place, our current address, in 2008.
Trudy treats many dancers and especially understands the world of ballroom .She likes to encourage physical activity in all groups of society including seniors.
Ann has worked in private practice in senior Physiotherapy positions for over 30 years. She has a post graduate diploma in manual therapy.
Ann treats a musculoskeletal case load and has a special interest in sports injuries and spinal problems e.g. low back pain, neck pain and headaches.
Ann understands Golf and running injuries particularly well and has played sport all her life including hockey and tennis.
Shelley joined the team in 2019. Her experience includes working in clinics in Wellington and more recently Waikato DHB work. Her post graduate qualifications in Older Adults and healthy aging are indicative of her love and interest in wellness throughout life. Physiotherapy focuses on recovering from injury and preventing re injury. Hobbies include dog walking and Scottish country dancing.
Gary joined the clinic in early 2017 and is available to help with any enquiries concerning appointments, fees, ACC Claims, ACC travel claims and medical insurance.
